YOU ARE BIG. ❤️‍🔥

“BIG Becca” came to be after we competed at the 2022 CrossFit Games. There were so many amazing things we did on that stage, but if you are or have been a competitor, you know the moments of weakness follow you around and haunt you. I was embarrassed that I couldn’t the 480 yoke, a 160 sandbag sat me right on butt, and “The Capitol”, well many of you guys helped me get through that event ❤️‍🔥. 

After that season and to this day, I’ve made it mission to show peeps that YOU CAN become the person you want to be and YOU CAN do the things you want to do. It just takes a relentless pursuit! 

I’m a BIG believer in manifestation.

I believe when we can envision ourselves achieving your goals, you start naturally making those habits, whether you notice them or not, to start molding us into the person we see in our minds. The hardest parts of the journey are when we can clearly see what we are trying to achieve. Then we must revisit “what we want”.

Now of course this journey of “BIG Becca” started as a literal idea of, I want to be able to lift heavy weights. I want to be as BIG and strong as the girls I compete against, but over the years I’ve learned that’s it goes a little deeper than that…

I WANT to show myself and others that WE ARE BIG! When you feel small, like your actions don’t mean anything, like you don’t serve a purpose, YOU ARE BIG. Every action you take, every smile you throw someone’s way, every high five you give someone, every comment you make on social media, every ounce of effort you throw into this world is BIG, it’s powerful. Your hard work might inspire others to work hard, your smile might make another person smile, a little high five might make someone feel proud a keep going, your comment might make someone feel less alone. You can create a ripple effect that powerful.

So yes, a lil over two years later we are repping out sandbag cleans with 150, I can walk with the 480 yoke, and believe me when I say I can sling that 150lb. Husafell bag over my shoulder and run with it. But more importantly, 2 a lil over two years later I believe that I am BIG and WE ARE BIG!

I want all of my programs to be SIMPLE! One of the hardest things about learning anything new, is knowing where to start and building out the plan. We don’t want it so simple that we miss out of necessary steps. We also don’t want it so complex to where it gets overwhelming. So, that is my goal with $5 Fitness… SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE!
