GIVE MORE! expect less
I’M RUNNING WITH THIS NEW PHRASE (even though it sounds a Target slogan)
“GIVE MORE! expect less.”
I don’t know why we all go through the phases we go through, but I have been one grumpy bird lately, and I picked a “bird” to compare myself to because Matt has been hearing me chirp about it a lot… poor guy… he’s stuck with me forever ;)
So, I was sitting down really thinking about why I feel like my patience has been short, and I just feel icky. Usually it’s because I’m a classic over-worker and don’t give myself the appropriate breaks to recharge, but I think this time it’s something different.
I’ve been enjoying the work I’ve been committing to lately. Training, coaching, filming, editing, it’s all so fun and that’s why I love to do it! Of course I’m always trying to grow my social media platforms too. Long story short, I’m getting impatient and expecting too much right now!
Me talking to myself this past weekend: “Stop. Take a look around. Love on those around you. Keep working hard. and seizing opportunities. The rest will come!”

GIVE MORE! that’s what makes me happy, so that’s what we need to be focusing on. The rest will happen if and when it’s supposed to happen. So work hard and stay patient.
I wanted to share for those that might be feeling a little crazy or anxious. I can’t say it enough!
Do What You Love
Work Hard
Stay Patient (the rest will come to you when it’s supposed to)
I believe it!
